80g packet ice-cream wafers
1/4 cup Hundreds and Thousands
975ml packet ice-cream slices (10 slices)
I cup mini marshmallows
STEPS
Step 1: Place 6 wafers on 6 serving plates. Place Hundreds and Thousands on another plate.
Step 2. Working quickly, unwrap ice cream slices and dip along sides into Hundreds and Thousands to mat. Place 1 ice cream slice on to each wafer.
Step 3: Top with marshmallows, then finish with another wafer.Serve immediately.
Note:
Return left over ice cream to the freezer as soon as possible. Wrap remaining wafers tightly in plastic wrap and store in a cool, dry place for later use.
